"The hotel was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable. Nice big tv. We only had two complaints. One, we stayed in a handicapped accessible room, which was very helpful. However, the shower was set up for wheelchair only. Meaning the shower head was waist level with no option to raise it up. Not everyone who is handicapped is in a wheelchair. Two, I understand that hotels put an additional hold on the card for incidentals. But $100 with no forewarning is a bit extreme. If they are going to charge that much, they should forewarn people, and not just in the fine print, which I’m not even sure it’s in there. Otherwise, our stay was great, very comfortable. And the breakfast was fantastic, lots of options! "

"The room was a handicap room which we didn't request. When we checked in we asked for the hours of the pool and was told there wasn't one. Later we discovered the area where the pool and hot tub were was cemented over The breakfast was usually cold. The lady working there did not restock very often. Housekeeping was good "

"10 out of 10 stars! We had a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Tyler South. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful both in the evening when we checked in and again the next morning when we needed a new iron. The hotel was very clean, the staff was wonderful, and everything felt well cared for. We slept very well, the pillows were nice, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Overall, an excellent experience and we would definitely stay here again."
