My husband and I went this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Front desk staff was very helpful and sweet! Valet great job! Our room was absolutely perfect for couples! Definitely staying here again!!

Upon returning from dinner, I discovered a delightful stuffed horse in my room, accompanied by a lovely card that made the gesture even more special. When I checked in, I shared that my visit to Texas was to explore the possibility of purchasing a horse. The staff's attention to detail and personal touch truly exemplify the Ritz-Carlton's commitment to guest experience, and I am now a devoted customer for life. Everything is beautiful

Check-in and check our staff seem to be overworked. Not friendly at all.

Beautiful hotel with professional staff the food was delicious definitely will come back to stay!!

The room was exceptionally clean. It was stocked with everything that we needed. They have security on staff so we felt very safe. The front desk clerks were super nice and extremely professional especially Miss Rosa.

Highly recommend!

Overall the hotel was nice. However, my room looked like it was a converted mechanical room. There was one overhead light in the room. The toilet was so close to a wall, that you had to sit at an angle. If they assign you room 321, I would reject it. Also, the parking was $60.00/ night.
