Wow, the Medusa is absolutely fabulous! Love the beautifully designed interior which has bags of character and uses gorgeous colours, textures and sumptuous materials to create a feeling of period splendour and true luxury. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Evenings on the balcony, shaded by a pretty tree complete with fairylights and the occasional visit from a shy possum, were divine. A truly memorable stay.

Everything you think a 5* hotel would have, the Langham in Sydney had. The staff were really friendly, the facilities were excellent (pool, jacuzzi), the bedrooms were exquisite and the beds/pillows were super comfy. Our beds were turned down every evening which was lovely to still see. Will stay here again in the future.

Great place and amazing views of the Harbour

We stayed here for 12 nights and thought the rooms and facilities were perfect for our needs. Breakfast was also tasty. The location was spot on, right by the metro and nearby some takeaway restaurants and one metro stop from lots of shops. The staff were most helpful when we needed to add on a night due to our flight being cancelled. We had a great view and apartment was spacious, clean and bed was super comfy. My only comments would be it would be handy if something was provided so you could...
