Lovely rooms & very helpful staff.

Weather was great went to visit my grandchildren who live nearby pod was great could do with a good clean on outside and decking was abit wobbly would come again good price for what it was the bed really clean toilets and showers considering how many people on site

The Bay Lodge was exactly what I hoped for - very reasonably priced, no frills accommodation, a friendly family-oriented atmosphere, (being a small concern allows for a much more personalised service), and good quality breakfast with more than adequate options available - all in all the perfect launchpad for my week in Eastbourne. We only stayed for the one night but we will definitely be returning. The owner/staff are lovely, the room and amenities were superb and the breakfast is the best we’ve ever had, cooked perfectly and it just tasted lovely. Can’t recommend this place enough. Hastings Old Town is a great little place too.

Enjoyable stay

I chose to stay here for two nights while I was visiting Glyndebourne. Carol and Ceri were so friendly and welcoming. They took such good care of me and made sure that I wanted for nothing. The room I was given was large and extremely comfortable with a private bathroom that overlooked the beautiful garden. Breakfast was always delicious and served in the conservatory. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

This guesthouse was perfect in every way. The single room was a little on the small side, but I expected that, and it was immaculate. By which, I mean spotless and without fault. Keith, who welcomed me to the A&V was the perfect host, and when I had to be up earlier than normal for Eastbourne Extreme I was attending, he cooked breakfast earlier so I wouldn't miss out. We had an amazing stay and the hosts were very attentive from the minute we arrived to when we left and nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely and really clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were lovely. We will definitely visit again and this would be the only place we would stay in Eastbourne.

We had a great stay at Moore House. The only downside was that the top floor got quite hot, but apart from that everything was excellent. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again. Overall, a 5-star experience!

We loved the cleanliness of the property. The room was superb and clean with a beautiful view of the sea.

Lovely one night stay whilst visiting for the tennis. Room was spacious, clean and with comfy beds. Good WiFi. Great breakfast. Very pretty front garden with colourful flowers and B&B had been themed with tennis balls especially for the event. Being a bit further out means more walking but easily doable and it meant parking on local streets was free. Would visit again.

Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience.

A little dubious at first, hidden away behind a bar but couldn't have been more wrong. Met by Gemma who was very attentive and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay was comfortable.
