Positives :great location, clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff Negatives, no parking at the hotel ( as disclosed ), it is under construction, noisy bar right behind hotel, musty hallway, not wheel chair accesible
Great place right on the Ocean, and walking distance to the Pier and area dining. Breakfast at the hotel was tasty; plenty of hot and cold options. Friendly staff, car park in adjacent garage. Looked to be recently renovated; we found beds comfortable and room very neat and tidy. Would certainly ...
they gave us a sea view because it was my mum's 80th birthday the staff were lovley breakfast was excellent buck fizz all you could eat quality products the bar was really relaxed would definitely stay again
Really GOOD hotel with many facilities including gym. The family deluxe room was massive & could have slept more people. The pool was huge, all one depth, but not really right height to suit younger children.
We pulled up outside to find the front covered in scaffolding and plastic sheets!! Inside we were robbed of a view from the bar and restaurant because of this. No mention of any of this when we booked!!!! Otherwise, a lovely stay with a large comfy room and great food and service.
Spa hotels are perfect for relaxing weekends away with the girls, mother-daughter breaks and luxury hen dos. There's plenty of relaxation therapy for men too, so whatever occasion you're planning, there are plenty of spa hotels in East Sussex to give you lots of choice. Giving you superb facilities, exquisite treatments and some much-needed rest and relaxation, a spa hotel is the ideal place to spend a de-stressing break.
The very least you can expect from your spa hotel is a range of amenities such as a sauna, Jacuzzi and swimming pool. In addition to this, the majority will also offer a variety of spa treatments that can be booked before you arrive or after you've checked in. These can include massage, facials, manicures, pedicures and other therapies to have you completely relaxed and looking even more radiant.
In your room, you can expect a touch of luxury with sumptuous furnishings, elegant styling and a gleaming bathroom. The majority of spa hotels have a restaurant and bar on-site as well, so you can enjoy a fantastic meal and some bubbly after your treatments to celebrate your occasion - whether that's toasting the bride-to-be or just a weekend away from it all.
Although you're there for some much needed pampering, you may not want to spend your entire break in the hotel. If you are with a hen party or out on a mother-daughter weekend, you will probably want at least one night out on the town! The resort towns of Brighton, Hastings and Eastbourne are perfect for this, with plenty of bars and restaurants and easily accessible by taxi or public transport if you're staying out of town.
You may be just out for a meal or it could be a full night of dancing, either way once you're ready to head back, you'll have a luxurious room to sleep in and perhaps even more unwinding spa treatments the next day. Whatever the reason or occasion, East Sussex has a spa hotel that's perfect for some serious pampering and 'me' time.
