"Lovely location very near the beach and within a 20-30 minute walk into the main city centre, pier etc. The room itself was clean, a little compact with two beds but plenty of space for luggage etc. nice to have a sink in the room and the toilets/bathrooms were on multiple floors. Generally clean and tidy although several times we went to the bathrooms with blocked toilets and/or no toilet paper which wasn’t great. "I love this hotel. I've stayed here multiple times on business and intend to stay more. The rooms are clean & fresh. Check-in is easy. Staff are kind, helpful, & responsive. The location is excellent-- so close to the ocean, and it overlooks a park. I've stayed at a bunch of less expensive hotels in Brighton and this is my favourite. Thank you!"

"I had a really high expectation for my stay at the Harbour hotel and spa, particularly as I paid a higher than normal price for the room and the stay period. The overall experience was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly, however there were a few things that were quite disappointing. The breakfast was underwhelming and, for what I paid for, did not meet expectation. I thought there would be a full English breakfast buffet but it was just a small set meal. The room was nice and cosy but I found a lot of dust and dirt. Places like the radiator, the room appliances and a lot of collected dirt and dust in the bathroom air fan. There was no room phone as this would have been handy to call reception and room service. The spa and gym amenitites were good. The bubbling bathtubs in the dungeon area of the spa were out of order which was unfortunate as this was one of the main things I was looking forward to using. The swimming pool was okay and I enjoyed the jacuzzi, wet room and sauna. Overall, my experience of my hotel stay was good, not quite amazing as I had wanted it to be."

"I had wonderful stay at Hotel Langfords in September and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well-maintained, and the facilities were excellent. I would especially like to express my sincere appreciation to the reception staff, who were exceptionally kind, welcoming, respectful and helpful throughout my stay. Whenever I needed anything, they were always happy to assist, and my room was cleaned daily upon request. Their kindness, professionalism and attention to guests made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. My heartfelt thanks and congratulations to the entire team for their excellent service. Five stars, absolutely well deserved ! 👍 I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will be delighted to stay here again."

"Lovely large sea view room that was nicely decorated and had a super king bed and bath and shower . Very high ceilings and large full height windows gave an excellent sea view. The only downside was noisy traffic outside but ok if you use earplugs ."

"I booked 3 rooms. At check in 1 of the rooms had not been cleaned. There were viagra tablets left on bedside cabinet, wine bottles in the bin and bed had not been made. Staff were extremely apologetic and instantly provided a new room. There were no problems with the other 2 rooms. They were all clean and the location perfect for the seafront and Brighton Lanes. Despite the problem with the room not being cleaned I would definitely rebook again"

"Booked 2 rooms one for us and one for our son who is now 18 and does not want to share his room was huge clean tidy and my son loved his stay We had a normal size double that was lovely the only downside is I’m disabled And getting in and out as there is not much turning space The lifts are there just not the room for turning."
