"I Made a reservation a few weeks prior. Drove 5 hours to my hotel. Seen hotel had refrigerator so we stopped at grocery store to buy some groceries for us. When i arrived at hotel. They could not find reservation. They could not get a hold of the room Owner to a activate the reservation process. They tried 3 times. I had to find another hotel with no refrigerator across town and get me an ice chest to keep my food from going bad. First night was ruined.. "
