"Front desk staff Adam, has a nasty attitude and throws items on the counter like pens and ID cards. Stuff bounces off, falls to the ground. When asked not to do that, got offended and refused to check me in. I asked for a manager then he said for the ‘sake of check in, I’ll just do it’! Never got the manager. Everyone else was very kind and nice, but Adam needs to not work in costumer service EVER. 4/24 was my check in! "
