"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, check-in was quick, and the facility was clean. The design is a little outdated in the hallways but the room was great for a great price. We stayed in a double queen and it was spacious and nice. Loved the microwave, fridge, and other amenities."

"The bathroom sink had a drain stopper that would not budge, preventing the sink from draining. I called the front desk from the room phone several times and was never connected. The internet disconnected several times, and I had to walk to the front desk to speak to someone because no one ever answered the phone. Once I found someone, they said there was nothing they could do to remedy the situation, and suggested I use my phone as a hotspot. I told her they were not getting 5 stars for sure."
