We stayed here at the beginning of our holiday and accidentally left a pair of headphones behind. The hotel kindly called us after checkout and I told them we would be returning at the end of our holiday, and they held them safely for us. When we checked back in, we completely forgot to ask about them! The lovely staff remembered and actually came up to our room and knocked on the door to personally return them to us. It’s such a small thing, but that level of care and attention really stood...

A really nice lady runs this property. It's just a few mins from the coast road and includes parking. There are bars and shops within walking distance snd easy to get to by road as we did. It's clean and comfortable..we had the corner room upstairs and you can see the sea from the balcony.

Very accommodating staff, I had a lovely room, Would 100% stay here again.

Nice comfortable room and beds, all the facilities were just right. We enjoyed our stay

Excellent location and nice hotel. Good breakfast.

Enjoyed this lovely, bright comfortable one bed apartment with balcony. The location was good with restaurants and a large park with great walking trails close by and only a 15 minute walk to city. The bed was large annd very comfortable with good quality bedding annd toiletries provided. Apartment had oven, dishwasher and washer and a dryer which was like home from home. It would be beneficial by supplying basics like cooking oil and foil wrap to keep oven and pans in good order also only left...

I had an excellent stay at Radisson RED Auckland. The hotel was modern, clean, and in a great location. What made the experience outstanding was the staff—every single team member was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm hospitality made me feel welcome from check-in to check-out. Thank you to the entire team for providing such exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Auckland. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic room and well located.

👌

Really nice and spacious room in the centre of Auckland, with great views of the city. The hotel had great amenities and a decent breakfast. The only downside was the car parking situation, having to use the next door multi story car park and get your ticket validated on leaving.

Enjoyable stay at this hotel with friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere.

Great location and clean and modern hotel. Yes my room was small but it was well-designed and everything I needed at a great price. Staff were friendly and efficient and I'd happily stay here again.

Reallly comfortable room. Fantastic position and lovely staff. Will be my go to hotel for stays in Suckland CBD in the future.particularly liked the bar on the Top floor ( who’s needs the sky tower😁) 5 min walk from harbour

Great location, central for most things. Clean and friendly helpful staff. Would definitely recommend a stay here

Upon arrival we were greeted by Aga, she was very helpful and friendly. She took the time to build a relationship with the guests which made us feel comfortable and secure throughout our stay. We stayed for 8 nights and the staffs which we’ve encountered were all friendly and the caretaker was very knowledgeable amending faults within the rooms. Our initial room had flickering ceiling lights and we were moved to another room straight away which was a few floors higher. We lost the balcony but...

Perfect sized room, very clean and fully equipped. The hotel grounds and car park area are very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly.
