We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Britomart. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Britomart and very convenient for getting around central Auckland. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a warm, understated feel, and the room was very comfortable and every detail felt extremely well considered. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and breakfast at KINGI was a great addition. We’d very happily stay again.

An outstanding five-star experience from start to finish. The hotel was exceptional, with impressive facilities, a welcoming atmosphere and excellent attention to detail.
The staff were professional, attentive and friendly, and consistently went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room service meals were outstanding and added another special touch to an already memorable experience.
The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly stay again. Highly recommended.
