"The property was perfect for what I needed for my weekend break. Walking into the city was only a couple of minutes. It was clean and comfortable. Parking is in zoned areas and not too far from the property. I would have no hesitation at staying there again"

However, although it’s advertised as sleeping 16, it doesn’t have the living space for 16, either to eat or gather. "We really enjoyed our stay at this flat. The location was perfect - close to the activities in York, but on a quiet street. It's a small place, but worked fine for our family of four. As others mentioned, the stairs are a bit steep and there's a wonky step to get from the master bedroom to the bathroom - but that's just part of being in an old home. "
