We learned to keep the heat flow throughout the house, it's best to keep bedroom doors open as the upstairs queen bed room was quite cold - and - the master tub doesn't have a temperature gauge on its faucet, which was a little tricky to get the right bath temp + it splatters a bit when filing, so towels need to be on the floor. "Nice set up. The side porch door would not open. We had it open then would not reopen. Both decks were very dirty and in disorder. Had to clean them just to sit outside. Could use some more basics in kitchen like spice rack, foil, cooking oil, sponges to clean pots and pans. . There is not enough lights in bedrooms. Bedrooms need a chair in them. Just ruining mattress without a chair in there. Some bathrooms had loose fixtures, toilet paper holder, facet handles loose. Not enough Wash cloths."

"An absolutely comfortable home with a beautiful "mountain cabin feel" and having an excellent layout so everyone has their own space. Large bedrooms, great kitchen, perfect dining room and a drive big enough for our cars. We so loved out the living room was "warm and comfortable and the dining room felt like it was out of a movie set". Plus, it is a brief easy walk to the shops and restaurants of Basalt."

"It felt as we were staying at a relative's home while they were out of town. Little tricks to using things like holding door tight for it to lock, showers needed special touch to have best water pressure. Live plants made it feel like home. Lot's of board games in the cabinets for family game nights. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors friendly."

The main living room area is super comfortable, downstairs living room and kitchenette is very convenient, playstation 4 included in case you have kids, and the private jacuzzi was the icing on the cake. "Very nice lodge-type condominium, clean and comfortable, great shower, great breakfast. Only downsides were the kitchen countertop was crowded with a second microwave, and I wished the small bag of coffee grounds indicated the weight so I would know how much water to add. "

"We got there late but the key was waiting for us with a map to the cabin. There was a huge snow storm that night and the power went out but it was restored by morning. The staff was really helpful and communicated very well! It made all the things that happened seemed like it was just part of the adventure. We loved it, just wish we could have stayed another night!
