"This is one of four well-equipped little lofts a few steps from Mill Road in Cambridge, England. It was clean and neat. Loft 4 might be better for people younger than we are, as the bed is a very low platform due to the roofline. There were nice skylights that opened and allowed a breeze to keep the loft cool. We were there in July."

"I understand the rental was new, so there's some scope for improvement, but we got off to a bad start when I booked the property but was then told the pictures did not relate to the flat available. After negotiating we stayed, and the smart TV did not stream any channel or even Netflix, but although the shower immersion heater unit worked, the tap only ran cold in the bathroom sink, and there could have been a few more mugs, cutlery and some side plates would have been helpful. "We stayed at this listing in another loft in 2024. It was an excellent stay. We chose this listing for our three week stay in 2025 based on the condition of the listings offered, the prompt and complete communication by the host, and the fact that we like the area. It has many restaurants, both fine and casual dining. It is a decent walk or a short bus ride to the Grand Arcade and the colleges. We would stay here again."

Het appartement ligt aan een drukke weg, boven een brandweerkazerne en een politiebureau. Je hoort dus regelmatig sirenes. Ons zoontje van drie vond het fantastisch om alle zwaailichten en auto's te zien vanuit het raam. Hij mocht van de brandweer zelfs een keer in een brandweerauto zitten, toen we beneden gingen kijken.
