"Fabulous hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds very comfortable. It was very quiet so we all slept well. It is,in easy walking distance for Albert Dock and numerous restaurants and cafes. The Palm Court bar area is stunningand the cocktails are superb. The hotel obviously focuses on Customer Service as every member of staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. "It was really convenient for food and shopping options within 15 min walk, parking is not easy but the train station its less than 5 min walk. The Hotel is clean, modern and spacious compared with other hotels in the area were our friends were staying, the staff is friendly and even that it is located in a busy area we couldn’t hear the city noise with the windows close. Highly recommend "
