"The hotel was clean and comfortable, the food and drink was great, The only downside is the guest room that we stayed in was quite dated and the floor creaked all over as did the adjacent rooms floors so was noisy to move around in."

"Was nice hotel etc but our room was so hot and which made it uncomfortable and the tv was not working we didn’t find out till like 2145 at the night and they did offer to move room but they should of checked before hand especially in a hotel like that just ruined the whole experience "

"Parking was easy and convenient but overall the hotel is just okay. The carpet in the hallways is worn and torn giving it a rundown look. The pool is nice and there is a steam room and a sauna. The room is okay, clean. Same, a little run down. It is reasonably priced and there is a convenient bus stop. "

"We had a lovely stay at The Linton Hotel. The staff was great and super helpful and their full breakfast was so good! It is an early breakfast during the week, but it actually helped us organise better as we probably would overslept :P Rooms are clean and quiet. All I could hear was bird songs in the morning. We did book 2 different rooms during our stay as we went away for 2 days and back to East Linton. Some rooms can be small but I do think for the price and location, it was perfect for us. The beds were very comfortable. We slept very well. There are wonderful walks around East Linton and we look forward to come back and stay with them. Thank you. "

"this is a lovely castle. the room was very comfortable. the desk staff was not as helpful as I would have liked. they really need to update their website to reflect what they currently offer. we were asked about reservations to the falcons. we had no idea what she was talking about because nothing is mentioned on the website"
