"The disabled access room was excellent, the buffer breakfast was very good. Only issue with the hotel was the room telephone did not work, despite best efforts of staff. Had to use reception desk phone to call my bank overseas. Fettykill restaurant next door was a disaster, was refused dinner on the 1st night, despite arriving 1hr before closing, because they had already shut kitchen at 8:30pm. 2nd Time despite booking table, most food was gone, food served cold, waitron never came back after serving food. Had to go to bar to order more drinks, restaurant manager surly and unhelpful. Not a good reflection on hotel."

"Great stay, on the outskirts of town , which was fine for us. Staff were all excellent. Our room was very warm , with no heating control..that we could see. But very comfy"
