"The room was okay, but was in need of refurbishment. I.E. Furniture was old, only one bedside table, electric sockets difficult to get to, bathroom door handle loose. Stayed 2 nights and bed not made with room cleaning. Had a meal in the bar that was served cold."

We knew the room wouldn’t be ready for check in but the staff went out their way to turn our room around so we could drop our bags and have a quick freshen up before leaving at 1.15 for the wedding. The lady on reception also arranged a taxi for us. Thanks again."
