Great! Affordable and adorable.
This hotel was affordable. The rooms were nice and clean. No sketchy people and it felt very safe. My husband walked up to meet me and check me out. It was a very pleasant stay. The owners were also very nice with a wonderful little family. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent!
The people that run this Inn are amazing! I make all the travel arrangements for our guys including paying for their rooms in advance (they don't travel with the card). I missed this one when booking through Hotels.com and realized that they were going to have to pay when they got to the Inn. I made one phone call and the lady that answered the phone didn't skip a beat and told me not to worry that she would run the card that was on file when the guys got there. We had to go back another night and my tech didn't hesitate about telling me that he wanted to stay there again. Thank you so much for being so kind!

There was a man who I assume was homeless trying to get a room and hassle the front manager to work to get the room.. felt very uncomfortable having to check in at the night window with that situation

That’s not our property issue it was conducted by guest so cops was takecare so they solved problems And sorry for everything

The last morning we were there the people in the next room got into a huge fight and it took 3 cops to settle it down this was around 6 am, also the 2nd day we were there management asked if they could remove the ac unit to clean it I suppose but was inconvenient because we are elders and take naps during the day but again the room was great for the price and of course the free show lol glad the cops were safe and able to diffuse the situation. We were there 3 days 15-18th to see our great granddaughter for the first time and we will be back

Great place to stay
Came to visit family in the area. This place has the best price. Very friendly staff at front, clean room, great water pressure, hot water, and heater works! Only complaint is that the windows or door is thin and you can hear people talking outside. Would stay here again!

Its a simple place to stay. No extras, no frills, its a bed and a bathroom. Rooms are a little older but overall i would stay again.

Upon entering, room 104 had a particularly fresh and clean smell. The bathroom ceiling showed some water leak damage, and the light fixture was missing a cover. Otherwise, the room was in pretty good condition.

I have stayed here before. Checkin was smooth. The staff is kind and courteous. The location is near anywhere I needed to be. The rates are affordable. If I ever travel to Duncan again, I'll stay there.

Good place to stay surprisingly clean they have semi truck parking which that is what needed. Only bad was no where to eat within walking distance.

Horrible. Do not stay here.
Staff unprofessional. Anemities and supplies not available on request. Checked out 2 days early and left to another hotel. Were made to feel unwelcome and an inconvenience to the managers wife. She made it clear by scolding us for asking and was annoyed with our request for room supplies due to unlaundered bath towels. She blamed the "DO NOT DISTURB" sign on not having clean supplies on request.
