The Inn at the Tides

The Inn at the Tides

10/10 Excellent
"Pool and hot tub was perfect the room had a patio which we had deer and cow like 10 feet from our reach. Very relaxing. Jake at the front desk was very nice. The breakfast across the street was good but the steamed clams were worth going back. Only drawback was the small flat screen tv."

"I am extremely particular about cleanliness and odors. The room was extremely clean and there was no mildew odor which I thought might happen since the room was close to water. The staff was so helpful telling us what was available - hikes, night time s’mores, restaurant and parking pass to use for all the county parks. Every staff member especially in the dining room were extremely polite, efficient and nice."

The Ranch at Lake Sonoma

The Ranch at Lake Sonoma

"The hosts were lovely, and the beds super comfy and clean and beautifully presented. It’s not a “glamping” facility however, it’s really camping there’s one single use bathroom and two showers for the whole campsite plus some porta potties, and you should bring food with you to cook at the camp fire as it’s a 15 min drive to nearest shops. We booked last minute, so totally our fault we weren’t prepared/had different expectations. It’s really a camping experience with some glamping tents, not a full glamping experience, which is totally fine, just unexpected! The tents are close to each other, so very family friendly but not much privacy and they give you earplugs. Also the phone number on the website was not working, but when we did find the hosts they were lovely and helped with everything and gave us contact details."

"Was told I had a $30 credit for dinning with my Hilton Gold status, that did not reflect on my bill. I was told I could have a 1pm late checkout, told the next day it was now noon."

"The Front Desk Manager was very kind to us and even came up to our room to turn on the A/C because we did not know it was turned off - we thought it was broken and then she gave me friend a bottle opener for her beer and told her to keep it :) She was great ! I wished I got her name ! She worked Friday 8/28 and was there the next morning on her day off 😊"

"Beautiful setting next to the golf course. Close to the Graton Casino. Close to everything. Hotel staff were wonderful and went the extra mile to get our rooms ready early. Really nice registration staff at all times. Parking was convenient to our rooms but we were charged $22/day per room which was not disclosed until after we booked the rooms. Lobby area with many sitting areas were very comfortable and inviting. The bar was only open until 10:00pm and there was only 1 bartender so it was a long difficult process to get drinks! Rooms were clean and comfortable, but need to be upgraded as they look like the 1980’s decor and furnishings. Bathtub was worn out in places from previous damage, couch really needed to be replaced."
