The home sleeps 6 across 2 bedrooms plus an office with a futon, and includes 2.5 bathrooms for comfortable sharing. An inviting main living area opens to outdoor space where you can take in sea views, soak in the private hot tub, and fire up the BBQ. Inside, a dedicated office with a laptop-friendly workspace gives you a quiet place to check in with work if needed. A washer and dryer are in the home for added convenience. When you’re ready to explore, you’re well-positioned to enjoy the best of Sea Ranch—miles of coastal trails, multiple beaches, and recreation centers with outdoor pools and courts. The home is in a beautiful location. We’ve stayed at sea ranch a dozen times and this home rates high. The amenities in the home are nice. The couches are not very comfortable. I think it’s important to note that the office does not have a door, there were three of us and that was to be the 3rd bedroom with a futon but lacks privacy and did not block noise. The many west facing windows in the house provide the perfect view of the sunset….another pleasant bonus. Communications with the property management team was very prop and provided incredible service when we inadvertently left an item behind. There was a problem with the septic sewer system which was fixed by local plumbers after we called Grand Welcome. House layout a little funky with kitchen and living room as the top story and bedrooms downstairs.Afternoon sun made the upstairs hot. Loved all the labels on everything. Nice large dining room table with an open Ish floor plan. Comfortable living room with ample couch and seating for the whole family. Could be better: the beds could definitely use an upgrade, and the scratchy toilet paper and lack of Kleenex feels like the usual Grand Welcome short cuts. Otherwise, lovely! ##### Michelle M.
