"Clean and comfortable hotel, close to train station. Quiet. Hotel staff at front desk was very helpful. Only issue was strong smell of smoking in the early mornings. "

"The property itself, and the staff were fantastic. I also prepaid for breakfast, and that was excellent. To be clear, I have no qualms about the property or the staff. However, it’s the area itself, which can be a little sketchy. The intercontinental hotel across the street appears to be fenced off. There’s an empty lot down the street where there were lots of homeless people hanging out. It’s not exactly the safest place particularly for women I don’t think. Would I stay here again? Probably because the location is good. Would I want my wife to stay here without me? Nope"

"Very nice hotel, room was clean , staff were all very friendly, the pool/ sauna area was beautifully maintained and was fully stocked with towels for day use. Restaurants were nice , the tapas lounge was very slow to receive service but the staff were pleasant. Would recommend ."

"Amazing unique hotel. The interior style was fun and eclectic. Perfect location near many bars, restaurants, and the river. The staff were all welcoming and great to talk to. Would definitely stay again!"

"Fantastic location we upgraded to business suite with river view which was amazing and well worth it. The staff were friendly and accommodating ( a rarity in Germany) and eager to help. The coffee in the lounge was very good as well. The only less than 5 star thing was that it is getting tired and needs some TLC soon. Carpet in hall ways need to be replaced as stained in spots and clearly worn. More vacuuming as well as same visible debris on carpet for 5 days. With attention to detail it would be even more amazing place."
