"First time to DC. The front staff and security were so friendly and joked with me about my “mom vacay.” The in room bar was stocked. The king bed was glorious, and not just because I could have it all to myself. The sheets were crisp and clean. When I had to run down in a ratchet finger nail polish ..."

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice. But what made this whole experience the absolute best was the staff. Stay here, they take such good care of their patrons ❤️"

"I cannot praise the front desk staff enough for their professionalism and care. Our flight was delayed over 4 hours and then rerouted to Dulles (almost an hour away!) which meant we didn't get in until 2 a.m. I called to let the hotel know that we were still coming but didn't know what time we would be there. Not only was a friendly face there waiting but they addressed me by name, offered us water and a smile, and got us checked in straight away. Everyone we met while staying at the Grand Hyatt was professional, courteous, and friendly. Breakfast, while pricey, was absolutely delicious!"
