Staff were lovely and helpful. The food was fantastic, I thoroughly recommend the cocktail bar and the leisure facilities. I have no doubt we will return. Thanks"

"The staff were friendly and mostly helpful. However, I had told them i was unable to walk far and unable to climb stairs. Whilst there were no stairs, we were on the top floor and as far away from the restaurant and reception as possible. They couldn't get a different room."
