"The house was nicely decorated, very simple and nice. The host was responsive and kind, and the check-in and check-out process was an absolute breeze. We enjoyed our stay. The only disappointments were not being able to use the pool; the pump was plugged in, but not circulating the water, making it look unclean. Additionally, the mosquitoes were very bad on the back porch, even with spray and fans."

"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The property condition is poor, water leaked on the ground floor and in the hallway of 4th floor. There were signs of water damage everywhere and in the room floor. The elevator is extremely slow and there’s only 1. Two positive points: water pressure was very good and decent gym."

"Outside needs a little work if you have small dogs; a few places with holes. Very comfortable bedding, great kitchen. I didn’t read that it is a duplex; the brita filtered water in the fridge is nice but the i washed out the water pitcher because there was some mold in it. Wonderful park close by to walk."

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."
