"Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in."

"The property condition is poor, water leaked on the ground floor and in the hallway of 4th floor. There were signs of water damage everywhere and in the room floor. The elevator is extremely slow and there’s only 1. Two positive points: water pressure was very good and decent gym."

"Outside needs a little work if you have small dogs; a few places with holes. Very comfortable bedding, great kitchen. I didn’t read that it is a duplex; the brita filtered water in the fridge is nice but the i washed out the water pitcher because there was some mold in it. Wonderful park close by to walk."

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."

"Places was clean and as described. Lovely location. Host was prompt to respond to my questions. 3 or the 4 of us LOVED the beds and found them to be the most comfortable ones we have slept in while traveling. House rules were modest and appropriate. Check in and out was easy. Would stay again. "

Gorgeous backyard, lovely plants , yard, comfortable seating.8.slept well , beds are somewhat soft but comfortable. Nice pillows big plus.Highly recommended Great price, special And luckily there was an extra day to stay longer in which I’m forever thankful."
