"Our suite was clean and spacious, however the shower door was very hard to open, it looked to be off the track. Staff was very friendly during check in and out and the lady in charge of breakfast area. Nice breakfast area and set up. The neighborhood is not walkable or close to any restaurants. We do recommend this hotel specifically if you are there for work."

"Air conditioning was a hit and miss , we’d turn it on and would shut off from time to time and even then it felt as thought it didn’t cool. Staff were sweet but elevator was old fashion , shaking when going up / down and pillows were small / lap size pillow and not comfortable. Bathroom towel too rough and tv did not have many Channels. "

"The blueberry cottage is located in Old Menchaca neighborhood in South Austin. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely and close to coffee shops and good food. Easy access to major freeways and downtown. The decor is cowboy chic and the room is spacious and comfy. Fully equipped kitchen with a new fridge with some extras like waters, plenty of TP, towels, etc. Friendly lab greeted us one morning. So sweet. Otherwise private and the only sound at night was a distant train rolling through Austin to put us to sleep. Host directed us to best local tacos and restaurants. Very helpful. Would recommend."

"Before arriving I called the hotel to let them know we will be coming in later and they completely understood. Upon arriving we noticing the hotels well maintained environment even though the hotel is located at the South but it was very well taken care of. Breakfast was so yummy and would always be refilled."
