"This was just a wonderful place to stay. The location is incredible, right on the water, with the sunset views exactly as advertised. The house itself has a very pleasant beach-house feel, and was comfortable, beautifully kept, and very well air-conditioned which we certainly appreciated. It was also remarkably quiet and private, especially considering how many other homes are nearby.There is a beach literally at the foot of the house, and we took the little boat out into the bay. There were also paddle boards, beach chairs, towels, and really everything we could have hoped for. And just a short walk up the street is a beautiful private beach, so there was no shortage of sand and sun.One evening we saw the most extraordinary sunset, with rays of sunlight streaming through the clouds and spreading out over the water like a crown. It was one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen.The house was extremely well equipped—we never found ourselves wishing something had been provided—and the host was friendly and very responsive. A beautiful, comfortable, peaceful place, and a lovely experience all around."

"Great location. Responsive host. Nice LR and DR. Kitchen needs anttention. Oven gets hot and is located where small children could get burned. We had to buy a gate to keep our toddler away. Coffee pot and toaster were nasty. We bought our own. If those things are addressed the review would be much better."

"Nice place for a couple days to take a break from the city. The bottle of wine with plenty of chocolate treats were a pleasant welcoming gift. The queen size bed was comfortable, and the AC kept the place nice and cool. The winding staircase leading to the bedroom though was a bit of a challenging surprise--especially if you needed to visit the bathroom on the ground floor during the night. It was also very pleasant to have morning breakfast on the porch. The only downsize to that was the traffic whooshing past on the double, yellow-lined road that bordered the house. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant stay."
