"Staff were wonderful - the spacious balcony was a pleasant surprise and the hotel is in a great location for walking around town. Both east and west train stations are a short walk away ."

"The location was great right in front of the park where the paragliders land and with a view of the snow capped mountains. Fifteen minutes walk from both interlaken east and west stations. Halal food places nearby. Inside the hotel looked nice and clean though the rooms were very basic. The front of the building however looked awful...really run down and I was shocked when I saw it. The photos on the listing only show the building at night in the dark with lights on so you can't really tell. It's a shame because it really lets the hotel down. Also the breakfast buffet had very limited options considering it wasn't a cheap hotel. I was quite disappointed because I had expected more."

"Very nice hotel in Wilderswil. Nice room, beds comfy, very clean, good breakfast, super close to the train station and very quiet. Needs a little updating, but its closing in October, so thats probably not going to happen. Friday nights is BBQ, very good."

"We arrived in Interlaken without a hotel booked and found this listing. The hotel was beautiful and everything we expected from a Swiss mountain chalet. The room was incredible with a double bed, comfortable bedding and even a steam shower. The breakfast was amazing sand so worth the cost. The hotel also boasts an amazing restaurant. There were quite a few stairs to get luggage up but there were many rooms on the main floor if needed. We love this hotel and absolutely will be back to visit."

"The room was cute and traditional and the breakfast was lovely. Freshly baked bread. The tv remote didn’t work, but that wasn’t a big deal as we were on an adventure holiday. I think that charging a fee for replacing towels shouldn’t have been included. It was rather hot in the room too without air con, but we had a balcony. Nice views. We loved our holiday."
