"Friendly staff. The employee who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. She was able to adjust our stay with our penalties or the extra cost hotels.com wanted to add. The room was clean and the free breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The parking close to the hotel was hard for a large car to fit but the lot shares space with the surrounding business a little bit further away. All in all it was a pleasant stay! "

"Our family of four stayed here for a couple of days as Eugene was pretty packed due to a big track meet. This place was perfect. It was a quick 40 minute drive to Eugene for the meet and offered us a little space and privacy to spread out when compared to a 2 queen bed hotel room. Also, there is a running/biking trail right across the street, which made it perfect for our boys to get their miles in while staying safe. The home is very clean. It's a bit remote, so I would definitely consider having whatsapp available. The communication with the owners was top notch and they were highly responsive. Sadly, for us, we didn't get to spend a lot of time by the river, but it's a beautiful location."

"Great little hotel! Stumbled across it while traveling from Crater Lake to Eugene. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. The road is a little noisy, but it didn’t bother me."

"Gorgeous place. Conveniently right off the freeway still quiet enough to spend a few nights there. I enjoyed the hospitality of the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the neighbors were all quiet. They have fresh coffee at 6am but Denny's is right next door in case you want breakfast with your coffee."

"I had known about Steamboat Inn for years since my wife attended several retreats here, but I'd never stayed there until now. It was amazing: the flowers in full bloom, the cool breeze out on the deck outside our cabin, the fantastic dinner menu, the beautiful river and hillside. The owner, Melinda, was a first rate host and made all of us feel like family. I will definitely come back here often since it's such a beautiful location and so close to hiking and waterfalls."
