"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"Es una experiencia muy buena todo muy lindo, limpio, las habitaciones súper limpias y muy cómodas, la comida excelentes en el buffet prácticamente todo el día tienen comida, y en los restaurantes muy buenas también, la piscina estupenda, la playa tenía sargazo pero es la te potada de estos meses de Junio, Julio y agosto pero el hotel limpia y todo está bello.

"This was an amazing solo vacation spot. The resort was amazing!!! My concierge, Jenfry, made me feel like I was the only one in the world. Yes, the world not just the hotel.
I ate something different everyday. The activities were varied. The spa services were superb. My room was beautiful.
The private beach wasn’t so private. That was my least favorite part because of the independent vendors who act like vultures. They take away from the amazing time that you could be having on the beach.
Can’t wait to go back, though."

Our flight was significantly delayed and then cancelled. We booked Bakour late in the day as an affordable option to spend the extra night while we waited for the new flight we booked the next day. After a very long day we finally made it to the hotel, and what a welcome surprise. Nairoby and Willy at the front desk were so kind and helpful. Having only booked about an hour before arriving there was some question about our reservation, but it was quickly resolved. Expedia’s listing wasn’t completely accurate (about breakfast being included) but Willy and Nairoby helped us modify our reservation so we didn’t have to worry about meals for our family. I didn’t get the Bellman’s name but he was also so lovely and helped us make sure we had linens for the sofa bed for our young child. After a week at a different large all-inclusive property, Bakour has been a delightful respite. What a gem hidden in Punta Cana. Sadly we only have one night here, but I strongly recommend you look into this hotel for your trip! The buffet is small but the service was stellar. The rooms are sleek and clean. We didn’t get a chance to try the bar, but it looked like a good time. Housekeeping was so gracious to help us get the sofa bed made up at a late hour.
