We rented a habdicapped suite. Bed is 4 feet off the ground. Handicapped person slept in chair all night. Whole room has to be ada accomodating. We want our money back and also for june 21 when we tried to cancel and they would not let us do so.

The only reason i have this one star instead of zero is the front desk cleak was bery nice. Let me say this...COCKROACHES...EVERYWHERE. BOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Room was very old and that normally wouldnt bother me but added to the roaches, sticky floors and holes in the bathroom baseboards, this place is a hard pass!

The room had blood on the floor. There was mold next to the bed on the wall. The front desk lady was sitting on a chair and watching tv on her phone and never acknowledged that I was standing there. I didn't like anything about this place it was absolutely repulsive. It shouldn't have even passed inspection to be rented to the public. If I had not driven 6 hours from home with two small children I would have ran to the nearest exit because the pictures advertised were no where in comparison to what we got.

Never give a bad review , but was there because there dog friendly. Opened up the door and the floor was dirty something white all over . 20 mins after getting in a huge bug ran across the floor and not the kind you want to see .

The 1st room had holes in wall and comforter. Phone didn’t work in room. When I went back to ask for another room and explained the reason for wanting another room and the clerk stated the comforter is going to have holes because it was a smoking room. Then it seemed like people lived there! I never saw the so called breakfast…Saturday there was only coffee & cereal and Sunday was the same but I did see a couple of pieces of toast. Will never stay at a Red Roof Hotel AGAIN. They have went down tremendously!!! You guys may want to take them off your site because they are making you guys look bad for the quality of hotels you offer

I stayed here overnight while driving from Florida back to New Jersey. Front desk was very polite with a little southern charm. Red Roof sometimes has a bad rap for being in problematic spots or run down areas. This location was very clean and overall it was much better than I expected for the price range. I would definitely stay here again. Some down sides, the roadway is busy and you can hear a train in the distance. But, with the AC going it helps eliminate background noises.

No breakfast. Only drink was coffee they offered. There were stains all over the bathroom that looked like they could easily be cleaned but noone ever has. Kinda looks like someone smeared poop. Walls are very thin. But to just stay the night it wasnt bad. Bed was comfy.
