"This is a GREAT FAMILY RESORT. I have young children and there was lots to do. Although it's 15 minutes to get to the city center, it was worth the stay. Pools,.waterside, kiddy pools, kids Gaming Building which includes the toddler area! The only thing they could have done better was to provide a daycare service so parents can roam the city while they care for your kids. That would have been spectacular! "We had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in another room for our children. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room on arrival wasn’t thoroughly cleaned but the issue was promptly fixed after speaking with the front desk (within 30minutes of bringing up the issue). The staff were super apologetic. Our view from our room was amazing. We a clear view of the pools below, Vinworld across the water, and the beach. If you have an ocean view room, it can be bit a noisey if the crowds are big outside. During the time we went, the VN team not only won against Thailand but also the southeast Asian cup so it was very loud and celebratory up until 3-4am. But other than those two nights, the noise level was very tolerable. However understand that this comes with the fact that it is located in a central location that is within walking distance to many things Daily housekeeping did a great job with refreshing towels and bedding and tidying the room. My daughter fell in love with the towel animal in the room so upon check out , we asked if we could purchase it for her. Instead the hotel gifted the towel animal to her and it honestly made her entire trip. She carried it all the way back to the states still has it intact. She loves it so much that will be bringing it in for show and tell at school and will be telling her class about her trip to VN and how she got her towel animal."

"The pool was fantastic weaving in and among the plumeria trees. A place to hang out alone, with friends or sections for kids. It was serene and peaceful. I didn’t use beach as much as I wanted due to possible jellyfish. But it was also beautiful. Every day the water was different. The rooms were clean although some if the towels had seen better days but they still worked. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Food was very good. I tried a lot of different things and had great meals."

"Definitely worth getting a bungalow or upgrading to one which I did! The room was spacious, well kept, and the bathroom was glorious. It really did make my stay extra special. Huge resort which made it feel very open and peaceful. The beach is a hidden gem and all facilities well maintained (apart from a lack of airconditioning in the gym!) Buffet breakfast was fairly standard but fresh. Staff were incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. "
