Non-existent buffet staff, serves powdered juice instead of fruit juice while we are in Vietnam which is the paradise of fruits, little food choice, schedule from 630 to 930, to 915, closing of lights ... we chose not to have lunch at the hotel when it was free, because tired of eating bread. Noisy rooms. Difficulty discussing with staff in the lobby. That employees take a "rating" on tours and activities, I understand. But if the receptionist tells us that the airport-hotel shuttle is 350kVND and the van driver charges us 200k VND, I think there is abuse. The +: Position of the hotel, comfortable bed although old. Won't be going back. Breakfast is not bad at a cheap price, but this hotel is absolutely not recommended. The surrounding is a construction site and it is dark at night. There is a space on the side of the window, so you can hear all the noise from the next room. Other people's clothes were left behind the sofa and the refrigerator doesn't work. The hot water does not come out well, the water pressure is weak, and the amenities are poor. The front desk staff doesn't speak a word of English.
