The location isn’t so great but in return the staff are awesome. All the staff from front desk to waiters are very helpful. The waitress Trinh were always on top of things- kindly taking away our plates.

Don’t waste your money

ay, half of the room was uncomfortably hot due to a malfunctioning cooling system. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the issue was not resolved, and I had to endure a subpar stay.3. **Power Interruption:** Opening the windows or balcony door resulted in a power outage in the room, which was highly inconvenient and indicative of maintenance issues that need urgent attention.4. **Service Quality:** Regrettably, the staff at the breakfast service were unwelcoming and unfriendly, failing to deliver the level of hospitality one would expect from a reputable establishment.Overall, my experience at your hotel fell well below the standards I would associate with a 5-star establishment, resembling more of a budget motel than a luxury accommodation.As a dissatisfied guest, I must convey that I would not recommend your hotel to others seeking a pleasant and comfortable stay. The issues I encountered during my visit were unacceptable, and I urge you to address them promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disappointments.trust that you will take my feedback seriously and use it to improve the quality of service and amenities at your hotel.

Très bel hôtel, nous avons pris une suite, la chambre est spacieuse, la vue magnifique ! En revanche, le service est pas loin d’être catastrophique, le personnel a un niveau d’anglais proche du néant, pour un 5 étoile et une chaîne internationale, c’est pas acceptable. même en appuyant sur le bouton demandant le ménage lorsque nous rentrons en fin de journée celui ci n’est parfois pas fait, ils ne changent pas le savon quand il est vide c’est à nous de réclamer, pour le service au restaurant du 32 étage c’est catastrophique. Pour résumer c’est un très bel hôtel mais le service n’est pas à la hauteur.

Fint hotel med store rom, stor frokostbuffet, 4 heiser og høy standard. Veldig imøtekommende ansatte som la tilrette for våre forespørsler. Nydelig bassengområdet i øverste etasje, men kunne vært flere solsenger og varme i bassenget. Var heller ingen solsenger tilknyttet hotellet på stranden.
