The villa is very spacious with a well appointed kitchenette. All amenities including the sauna, steam room, pool, Karaoke room and BBQ area were very well maintained. We like the layout of the house. The infinity pool is a plus since we used it every time coming back to the house after our excursions😀. One problem during our stay was the sewage in one of the bedroom. The smell was unbearable. We contact Việt, the host, he was quick getting back to us saying the problem was there a broken pipe outside of the property. They tried to fix it that’s what I was told.But we have to live with it during 3 days of our stay. The oven was also broken and remained broken during our stay. Another disappointment was with the host, Kateryna, we called her several times before to make sure the property was ready She did not returned our calls. When we were there at the house another host, Việt was there greeting us and went over the amenities of the house. He was great and very responsive. And on the last day of checking out, Kateryna decided to show up. She was sorry about all the problems and acted surprised that we did not taking up on their free breakfast or the free yatch that they provided. We were not offered any breakfast nor a yatch ride by the host at anytime we were there at the Villa. We have been to Hanoi, Ha long, Sapa, Hoi An hotels . The properties were not as nice as this one but their hosts were top notch. I paid quite a large sum of money for 3 night for this Villa I expect more from the host regards communication and honesty.
