"Our stay at the Chania Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary! The hotel is impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located—everything you could want for a stay in Chania.
But what truly set this experience apart was the incredible staff, especially Demos. From start to finish, Demos went above and beyond in every way imaginable—friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring. He continuously anticipated our needs and made sure our stay was perfect. His dedication and warmth made us feel like we were staying with family rather than at a hotel.
We also had amazing interactions with Nadia from the breakfast team, who was kind and welcoming, and Maximus at the front desk, who was always helpful and professional.

The food options are great, and as a vegan I had a number of options every meal which is different to usual holiday locations.
The new and old buildings mean there's plenty of space for everyone and you can always find a sunbed"

Enjoyed the experience immensely, even though they had been open for only a few months … they delivered an exceptional experience. We had the junior suite with a swimming pool, spacious and elegant. You almost don’t want to leave your room. Manos, the operations manager was warm, caring and welcoming. "Very helpful staff, ceru clean, recently refurbished room and hotel, excellent location if you re not driving can walk anywhere in chania and easy access to the beach. If you re driving parking can be a nightmare."
