Staff was very friendly and attentive, loved the free amenities when checking in and valet was good price and very quick. We had an issue with the air conditioner and someone was up to check on it within minutes and had it taken care of right away. We enjoyed our stay will be back and would recommend it to anyone.

Very helpful staff, fifth or sixth time Ive stayed when coming for sports games, everything downtown Detroit you would want to experience <15 walk/<5 min drive. Good value in comparison to other options with same access & safety. Tourist hotels come at premium, same as anywhere. I highly reco - just don’t expect a bargain deal - you’ll have to look outside DT. Very much appreciate the hardworking staff and quality of the location/building/rooms.

The room was clean - well done by the cleaning staff. The Wi-Fi was good. Staff was friendly. However, we did not like the bathroom setup. There's no lock on the sliding door and door has a big opaque glass instead of solid door. It was not convenient.
