Expensive but high quality. Staff great and hotel facilities what you would expect Only one bar and restaurant but handy for the beachfront with plenty of choice One thing to watch is car parking is very expensive at €45 a night. Shame to rip off high value customers

Fabulous place to stay. We were in the newer part of the hotel -- possibly a new building, or a refurbished old one -- but it had been thoughtfully designed and beautifully put together. The walkway to get there went outside, and was only partially covered -- so you might get wet in the rain, although I noticed a stack of umbrellas at reception! Everything else was amazing. Amazing hotel so unique. Room spacious very comfortable with amazing housekeeping and turn down service with little treats ! Ate at Bar Bulot great food and ambience. All staff at reception and concierge were so friendly and helpful. Would love to stay again in future

The hotel is very well locate in the nice location.

The hotel set near centre of Bruges opposite the canal. Walkable from the train station. The interior of the hotel is beautifully decorated in a old worldly style with roaring fires in the lounge and in quite room. We had wooden flooring in our bedrooms (a most for hotel hygiene), good styled rooms with a nice rug. Staff attentive. Red wine at the right temperature, breathed and not measured (not small). We drove to Brugge from Canterbury. We used the sat nav to find our hotel. Unfortunately, there were roadworks on the street leading to the hotel. The sat nav was confused which meant we drove round in circles for quite a while. Eventually I rang the hotel. The hotel manager came to meet us. He took the wheel and drove us to the hotel. The whole hotel is an absolute dream! We’ve never stayed anywhere like it! It’s in the perfect location for side seeing and the whole atmosphere is just perfect!

Very comfortable stay overnight as a break in journey

This was the best of everything, close enough to the centre of Bruges, but far enough away for quiet. The B&B is really lovely. Comfortable and well appointed.

Don’t get nervous about receiving your log in and digital keys. It all happens like magic but only a few days before. Also don’t let your phone run out of battery. You need it to access
