"Check in was great, lovely staff. Apartment was tired and smelt a bit. It was fine but probably would have found better accommodation for the same price.

"I love staying here, it is convenient and the staff are lovely, have stayed for over 20 years, but really wish I could get that room with the Bath, given I have a requirement to 'bathe every night', assists me to sleep otherwise, my night can be a challenge with my health. Just never seem to find it online when booking 'I was put in this room once and so loved it', i.e. as a beth is essential for my health, so afraid I don't stay here as often because of this, But would love to. Everything else...
