Walking distance to the beach is around 7-10 min, depends on you. The room was pretty decent, cleaning was provided properly each day. Regarding the breakfast: it is solely individual. Breakfast was great - lots of choice and a super omelette station to get fresh every day. Location is central to everything and in the heart of the buzz of HCMC. I would give this hotel 10/10\.
