"Was not able to access the home due to no prior contact or response from the host. Sadly had to call VRBO , which after being on hold for well over an hour did refund us. Check in was at 3 and at 6:10 the same day received email from VRBO stating host cancelled our stay due to not meeting age requirements of 19 years old - not only am I 58 , the rest of the party was over 19 as well - never were we asked to prove this and disappointed to hear this is why host never contacted us . "Perfect size house for large group or multi family accommodation. Host was very responsive and courteous. The mountain setting and views were amazing. The younger family members really enjoyed the game and exercise room. Others enjoyed the walking trails and nature walks.
