"This hotel situated very close walking distance for Longyearbyen’s shopping centre and restaurants. Inside the hotel tiny but very good Sushi restaurant there. I’m Japanese. I’ve never tasted good like this long time. Room itself was very comfortable and well equipped. Less clothes hangers but plenty of hooks and big shelves. There were 5 windows in our room. Bit struggled to close rolling blackout screens. TV control was little complicated but gradually found out how to operate. The room was very clean and room slippers were great. "

"Our second time here and we would not stay anywhere else. Funky, friendly, and fun! Amazing bar and restaurant plus super nice staff! They arranged for taxis to meet us and then to deliver us to the airport. We had a great Arctic dinner w fine wine and a lovely setting. Thank you all for another great stay!"

"There isn't one thing about the property that I can complain about. It was amazing! Loved having tea and coffee available anytime. Staff even helped me return a ring I left behind. They are amazing! Stay here! It is worth the money!"

"Coal Miner's cabins have a great staff, a really perfect continental breakfast, a nice walk into the main part of town. So it's a little bit more quiet and relaxed. And was affordable and just perfect!"
