"What a wonderfully hotel. Perfectly situated, right on the beach with a gorgeous pool.
All the staff were so friendly and helpful from the minute we arrived until we left. Food was excellent and so was the Spa. Highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay 10/10!"

"I booked this place on a whim. It had very good reviews and at the price point, I assumed it had to be excellent. I was very disappointed. The room was clean enough, but it didn't even have a chair or table. The only place to sit was the bed. There was a blue light around the ceiling that I couldn't turn off at night. The fridge leaked. The location is really cut off from everything except the blowhole though it is within a short tug tuk ride of places that one might want to see. The overpriced...

"Me and mother visited Unawatuna in April and we have chosen the Dionis Villa because the location of the villa seemed very convenient. Indeed we found it very suitable for all our needs! Waves are pretty strong at Unawatuna beach so we walked to the stunning Jungle beach which is just about 10 minutes walk from the villa. "The location is amazing.
The rooms are nice.
The guys in the restaurant are great !
The only problem is The “manger” and the “front desk” in the reception they are not reliable, more then once they’ve told me one price and a day after changed it ( room , drinks, taxi) ."
