Amazing hotel, very clean and stunning features

We stayed for one night while transit. Free shuttle between terminals and then to the hotel so I didn't have to have local currency on me. I used both room service and laundry service; service was perfect and staff was very polite. I was wondering if it's worth getting out of airport when there is under 24 hours but yes, it was totally worth it, and I would do it again:-)

Very affordable taxi ride from ICN airport. Expedia has its booking details in English so it will be useful to find out the address in Korean to show the taxi driver. I just got out of airport on ground level via Exit 6 in the middle and headed to the taxi stand for Yeongjeongdo. Guesthouse owner helped keep my suitcase before check in time and gave useful advice when I asked about calling Uber taxi to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working. It’s a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost £15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.

Great view from the room. All of the requests made were dealt with very promptly. Business centre is convenient to use with two meeting rooms.

I spent one night here as I was passing through Busan. Great view from the 19th floor, self checkin all worked well with details being sent via email. The room was great and it was in a good location for what I wanted.

We loved the accommodation which came with a swimming pool and a private hot tub in the property. We thoroughly enjoyed our time during the 6 day stay.

This apartment was amazing. Really with spacious with great amenities and the washing machine with detergent was really appreciated. Being able to leave luggage the next day was very useful and don’t sleep on the rooftop cafe/pool. On our last day we were wandering around moaning at the lack of options to watch the sunset when I suddenly remembered the button for rooftop pool in the elevator. It was fab!

I spent many hours looking at hotels in Seoul and eventually chose this one because of the reviews and location. It was absolutely perfect. We had a room with kitchen and living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was like a full size apartment and both rooms had good beds rather than the children having to sleep on a sofa bed.
