"Receptionist ( old aunty ) keep talking to her friend and ignore us when we checking in. Bed sheet and pillow case have cigarette smell , only 3 parking lot there and was away full. "Need to improve on cleanliness, there are spider webs all over and the telephone wire has a disgusting amount of dust trapped there, toilet is extremely mouldy...
