A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "
