Excellent location in Morningside close to Pubs/Restaurants so no need to worry that food is not served on the premises. The rooms are beautiful and cater for all your needs, definitely a warm and luxurious feel to them. The owners have provided a ‘snack room’ for guests which is a simple but genius move on their part which has biscuits, crisps, fizzy drinks, water and milk (to name a few) which is part of your price. Edinburgh City centre is a straight walk or a 10 minute bus ride, the Publuc...

Our room 220 was lovely we knew it didn’t have windows but the massive screen showing Hearts ground totally amazing. The room spacious my only gripe was the Milton brown shampoo and shower gel pumps didn’t work but I bought my own and one night we didn’t have hand towels but that’s all minor things. We had plenty of condiments and a lovely touch free crisps and jammy dodgers my fav lol. The staff 10/10 outstanding from the lovely ladies on reception to the guys in the sky restaurant. Breakfast...

Staff particularly friendly and helpful.

I can't fault the hotel, the staff, the bar, the food or the price. Staff were young but knowledgable. Food was simple but delicious. The bar had inventive twists on drinks (Negronis with port replacing Martini Rosso? A hot chocolate with Remy Martin?) If you're looking for a hotel that is bang in the centre of Edinburgh, look elsewhere. This is in the beautiful area of Stockbridge, 20min walk or 5 min bus ride from Princes St. We'll stay here again. Loved it.

Nicely furnished room, all mod cons that you need and friendly local atmosphere

Wonderful staff, great food. Easy access to airport. Great leisure facilities.

Staff very helpful & friendly. Hotel is in a great location would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. The staff we very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, the food was good, and it was very peaceful. It's a £10 cab ride to get anywhere though, so keep that in mind if that kind of thing bothers you and you're not driving (they always came quickly though).

We stayed here to celebrate my husbands special birthday. From the moment we drove up and saw the impressive ship we knew we were in for a special treat. Everything about this place is incredible. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. You helped make my husbands birthday treat a very special memory. Thank you !

Excellent from start to finish! Not a negative comment to make. Everything is was wonderful. Next time we are in Edinburgh hope they have availability.....

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at, food was delicious, staff were friendly and helpful. Very quiet hotel, right next to the castle. Everything was beautifully decorated, would definitely recommend!

Great value convenient clean comfortable relaxing atmosphere

This was a great place to stay for our family trip to Edinburgh. The tram station is right outside and only 20 mins ins. We drove and parking was straight forward albeit chargeable at £8 per day. The pool was a real added bonus for our kids after a long day of tourism. Only slight issue for me is our kids are getting older and Novotels concept of a "family" room is starting to look less desirable than the Premier Inns as the sofa bed is tight. There is enough room for these to be slightly...

Stayed here as my daughter was catching an early morning flight the following day. Good value and very comfortable accommodation. Very clean throughout. £12 for parking but that's airports for you.

Hotel and Spa staff were very welcoming and helpful. Chef was amazing cooked a special vegan meal for my daughter each night we ate in hotel, as there was nothing suitable for her on menu. Room was comfortable and we had everything we required (only feedback I would give is that it would have been more useful to have a couple more sockets available). Loved the spa and we were very happy with the treatments we had. We also enjoyed the pool facilities (hydro, sauna and steam). The surroundings...

great quality interiors and brilliant service from the staff its situated by a Tesco and so its a bit "industrial" around but its ok

Absolutely excellent in every way. Will definitely stay here again. It was perfect, and everything was brand-new super clean with staff who couldn’t be more helpful.
