Lovely hotel. Staff are hospitable and very helpful

I liked my stay at Shaza Doha, Every staff was commentating especially Mr Muhammad and Mr Yasine they made us feel welcomed for our stay.

A great welcome on arrival and upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment for our 2 week stay. The hotel was immaculate. Everything we needed was in our apartment which was serviced each day. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were excellent. Always happy to help. We had no issues at all during our stay. Breakfast was included in our stay and were welcomed buy the staff each morning. An Unforgettable Stay at Raffles Doha My mum, my sister, and I had the pleasure of staying at Raffles Doha for seven nights, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. They always greeted us with a smile and made both my family and me feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Our Urban Suite was absolutely stunning—very spacious, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. It...

All staff very helpful and friendly and very good service

Patrick was really helpful as he helped us with our food orders and he was very welcoming and caring. One of the best staff members who was easy to communicate with and very hardworking. I am pleased to say that this hotel is one of the best I’ve been to so far and I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast staff were amazing and were very welcoming and asked if we needed anything and assured if everything was good.

I didn't realise till into the journey that it wasn't a proper taxi as I assumed being a 5 star hotel that all the staff were honest. Was charged 15 riyal more than taxis' do. But what can you do when they have your luggage in their boot. I have informed the hotel and they are...

Clean with excellent staff and service. Nice rooms. Big breakfast area , with good rooftop pool. Very well located for airport access and anywhere in Doha, particularly the museums and Souk Waqif.

My stay at the Mondrian Doha was nothing short of exceptional! The hotel’s design is absolutely stunning, with its Arabian Nights-inspired decor and artistic touches that make every corner feel like a masterpiece. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The amenities were world-class — from the serene indoor pool and the luxurious spa to the gym in the striking black-and-white tower. Dining was a highlight; really enjoyed the BBQ night...
