I have a deal as an airline staff, but the reception staff fooled me to avoid using my deal and provide false info so that I won't cancel my Expedia booking as the benefits for the hotel from Expedia was more that the airline deal. Staff trying to say we give you the best rooms so you won't ask for room change. We got a good room, but some fault in toilet. The maintenance came and pretend he did the job, but later we found no change. The reception hardly answer calls from the room. So, sometimes we have to go down and request physically. The reception was always with queues or many customers and the staff seems a bit cool. The view on sea was excellent. The restaurant is set menu, so I have no much chances to request food, then staff again escape from you or say wait and we have to repeat our request. Cleaners and room service staff were excellent.
